You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, name, email, photo and private postcode.
• Your posts, photos and messages.
• Your tokens and give-away record.

We keep only what we must to deal with an open safety report, and nothing else. Messages you sent to others may stay in their chat history as "a deleted neighbour".

How to ask

Use the contact form with the email you sign in with. We'll confirm it's you, then delete your account within one month, as UK data law requires.

If you're paying for tokens, cancel that first so you're not charged again.
